The Democrats’ debate at South Carolina State University in Orangeburg, S.C., last month attracted the most attention, with nearly 2.3 million viewers tuning in and nearly 900,000 viewers watching post-debate analysis, according to Nielsen Media Research Data cited by MSNBC.
Among those who preferred to use their computers, MSNBC said there were 100,000 who watched the Democratic debate live on the Internet. Following the events, Internet demand to watch the debate over a three-day period totaled 900,000 for the Democrats.
