They aren't allowed to speak or question each other (not necessarily a bad thing) or really challenge much of what each other says. For the most part, they are all answering the moderators, not addressing the camera. Not sure if that's significant, but I think that everything is so calculated, like what they wear, the hand gestures.... I tend to think that it is calculated not to look at the camera in this debate. Maybe they save that for the debates between the nominees....
